★Precautions
※ The blade of Higomori is not anti-rust, so it is best to oil it for maintenance after use. If it is for cooking, it can be lightly coated with a layer of oil.
※ Many steps in the manufacturing process of Higo Mamoru are done by hand, so there may still be some hand-made traces, please consider carefully before purchasing.
※ This type of knife does not have a locking device, and the shaft may gradually loosen over time (it can be tightened again by hammering the shaft).
※ The handle of this knife is made of brass, which will begin to oxidize and lose its luster after prolonged use. If necessary, you can use copper oil to wipe it to restore the bright surface.
