• Nitecore Hong Kong licensed products purchased through our store can enjoy 18-month maintenance service .
• When repairing the product, you must present the purchase receipt from our store and the original product warranty certificate .
• If you choose to purchase this product online or in-store, a proof of purchase including the machine number will be attached.

Maintenance and repair exclusions:

• Consumable parts, such as batteries that wear out due to frequency and time of use, unless the product cannot function properly due to workmanship and materials.
• Appearance damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents, unless the product fails to function properly due to workmanship and materials.
• If the product malfunctions due to improper operation, abnormal use, human damage, or has been repaired improperly without approval by our store, the maintenance warranty terms will be invalid.
• The use of third-party components or products that do not meet product specifications results in product damage or failure to function properly.
• The product is damaged or cannot operate properly due to unstable voltage connection.
• In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.

Repair instructions:

• The store's online or physical receipt must be presented when picking up the product for repair. The store has the right to refuse maintenance services if it is lost.
• If the product returned during the warranty period has been damaged by water, leakage of battery water, or serious collision, the customer must pay an inspection fee before confirming the quotation. The inspection fee will not be refunded. Within six months from the date of receipt of the repaired product, if any defects are found in the last repair, our store will adjust or repair it again free of charge.
• During the warranty period, a valid warranty certificate and relevant receipts must be presented when returning the product. Products after the expiration date will not be accepted.
