Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, in their original plastic packaging, and with all tags fully intact. All footwear returns must include all original accessories inside the shoebox. Please place the shoebox inside a protective shipping carton before sending it back. Return requests that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
To initiate a return, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

Defective Items: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects originating from the brand's factory, excluding any human-caused damage or wear and tear.

Product Condition: All returned products must be unworn/unused, with original tags and packaging intact and undamaged.

Return Window & Fees: All eligible items can be returned within 14 days. For these items, a minor return handling fee will be deducted from your refund, depending on your location.

Excluded Items (Non-refundable and Non-returnable):

Outlet Sale Items: All items purchased during Outlet Sale events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept this non-returnable policy.

Undergarments: Intimate apparel (such as underwear, socks, etc.).

- Items can be returned to our retail stores (Hong Kong) or by SF Express.
- We do not provide return labels, refund shipping fees, taxes, and duties. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
- We will not be responsible for item damages or items lost in the return delivery.
- Make sure you’ve reached out to our customer care team before returning an item. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.
- We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.
Refunds
Once the returned item(s) has been quality-checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method together with a confirmation e-mail with the refund details. It can take up to 10 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. Please note that it may also take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction.
Wild Camping reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in case of any dispute.
