Care Instructions

When washing synthetic garments, using a laundry bag is particularly important: it prevents microplastics from entering rivers and oceans.

• Airing garments instead of washing them saves water, energy, and extends the lifespan of the clothing.
• Using a laundry bag protects the garment and prevents fiber shedding. When cleaning the laundry bag and washing machine filter, be sure to wipe them clean and dispose of lint in the trash. Never rinse with water, as this can cause fibers to flow into lakes or oceans.
• Machine wash cold.
• Use a mild, eco-certified detergent and ensure correct dosage.
• Avoid using fabric softener. Softener is not only harmful to the environment but also negatively impacts the garment's performance, especially regarding moisture-wicking and breathability.
• Do not tumble dry. This exacerbates wear and tear on both the garment and the environment. Moreover, most polyester garments dry easily on their own.
• Hang to dry.
