This chewy mashed potato dish uses a generous amount of "Suji Aoki Nori," known as the "King of Flavor" in the seaweed world.
The additive-free potatoes have a refreshing aroma and a pure taste, and the chef has skillfully crafted a unique flavor.
This product was launched in partnership with Sea Vegetable LLC, which aims to restore the ocean by studying seaweed, which has been declining due to coastal erosion, cultivating it, and developing new ways to eat it. Life flows from the mountains to the sea, and is eaten in the mountains.
This product was created with inspiration from Izu's representative mountain, Mount Amagi, which is also home to the Nori Research Center.
Adding milk powder, cheese powder, olive oil, etc. makes the taste more intense. This new mountain delicacy can be used as a staple food or as a side dish.
