This is a sun and rain umbrella with the same structure as the FR tarp system. The frame uses our proprietary FR-APD / Aluminum Vapor Deposition DCF material, with aluminum used for sections requiring drilling and carbon fiber for all other sections, balancing strength and lightness.
It features 15 bonded reinforcement points and 5 bonded seams, with polished aluminum tubing inserted into the tips and connected with Tsunouga cord. We adopted a design that allows for quick opening and closing with a single action.
What is the proprietary FR-APD / Aluminum Vapor Deposition DCF material?
This lightweight material blocks sunlight and offers excellent heat insulation. It also has superior resistance to cuts, abrasion, and UV. The metal ions contained in FR-APD inhibit bacterial activity, providing antibacterial, germicidal, and deodorizing effects.
*Due to the manufacturing process, there may be areas a few millimeters long where the vapor deposition does not adhere.
