Field Record Folding Hip Mat with Dyneema

This is an ultra-lightweight, heat-insulating, and foldable hip cushion, weighing only 28g. The seat portion is made of Dyneema material. The four-layer structure is made of lightweight olefin foam, aluminum vapor deposition film, and Dyneema® Composite Fabric manufactured by Zotefoams in the UK, while the surface in contact with the ground is made of tear-resistant nylon.

Olefin foam is a material made from volatile organic compounds, containing no chemical foaming agents. It is lightweight yet offers just the right amount of elasticity. A nylon overlay enhances its strength, and its unique shape makes it compact and easy to carry. Importantly, it weighs only 28g, so use straps to secure it to heavy objects like stones or bottles to prevent it from being blown away by the wind.
