The aroma of shrimp and chili bean paste, coupled with the sour and bitter citrus taste of lemon. If the mapo rice made with tomato chili sauce is spicy and delicious, then this mapo rice has a refreshing sour and bitter taste.
The generous amount of shrimp exudes a rich, fresh aroma, a sweet and sour flavor, enhanced by the tart and bitter notes of the large lemon slices. This is an extraordinary balance, the shrimp is rich and the lemon is also strong, the two complement each other, and the two complement each other, making it a long-lasting aftertaste. It hits the taste buds with a strong impact.
COMMENT
Tomato Mapo Rice and Lemon Mapo Rice were born almost at the same time, like brothers.
They both originate from Italian recipes: Tomato Mapo is "red" (Rosso), while Lemon Mapo is "white" (Bianco).
Tomato Mapo skillfully combines spicy with sour, sweet and salty.
The lemon mapo combines the savory and mysterious aromas of chili bean paste and shrimp miso. In addition, cilantro root and the slightly bitter and sour taste of lemon add layers of flavors and aromas that emerge at different times.
Although they are both Mapo, their birth backgrounds are completely different.
