Q: I sent an inquiry but haven't received a reply yet.

We aim to respond to inquiries within 3 working days (excluding holidays).
Please confirm the following.

  • Is there an error in the email address when asking?
  • Has it been sorted into your spam folder?
  • Is the email address "info@wildcamping.com.hk" blocked?

Q: How many days does it usually take to send the goods?

In the local Hong Kong area, we usually arrange delivery within 2~3 working days. If it is domestic or overseas, we will arrange delivery within at least 4 to 5 working days.

Q: I would like to change the delivery address/delivery date and time.

All order delivery will be completed by "SF Express" .

Through the official website of "SF Express" , you can change your pickup time online, request your package to be parked at the center, request re-delivery and other services.

*After the product is shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number in the "Shipment Completion Email".
*We do not provide shipping service on Sundays and public holidays.
