Hong Kong local delivery method
We use S.F. Express to deliver orders, and customers can choose delivery at checkout or pick up at the store on Saturdays. The SF Express shipping fee will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. For detailed shipping fees, please refer to the list below. Please refer to the actual checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the actual weight, and the shipping fee will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

Free Shipping Over HKD$500

Relevant shipping fees will be charged for amounts less than the specified amount. First weight is 1kg: HKD30. Additional charges above 1kg: HKD7 per 0.5kg.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?
Depending on the country of destination, import taxes and duties and associated customs charges may apply. These charges are determined by customs in the destination country. Payment of taxes and related duties will be the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, the prices of our items do not include additional taxes, fees and surcharges.
A courier or your local post office will contact you with more details for customs clearance. Note that customs clearance procedures may delay delivery times.

How can I track my order?
Shortly after your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with the courier information used and the tracking number for your order.

Do we ship everything?
Due to shipping restrictions, we do not ship pressurized, flammable and liquid items outside of Hong Kong.

Can I pick up order in store?
Yes, customers who purchase can arrange to pick up at the store on Saturdays. Note that our store is only open on Saturdays (if there is a special time arrangement, please pay attention to our official IG or FB announcement).

Why didn't I receive my order?
Refuse to ship
If delivery is declined or declined and returned to us, we will contact you with the option of reshipping or refunding your next purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all associated costs (re-delivery shipping, return shipping, etc.).
Cargo lost
We'll be more than happy to help track your shipment and refund your purchase in the unfortunate event of an accident.
